Online Tee Time Booking Policies
- All listed rates include a golf cart unless otherwise stated.
- Posted rates are valid for 1-19 players.
- Larger groups may be booked through the Tournament Director or the Director of Golf Operations.
- Online reservations may be made up to 10 days in advance.
- Our guaranteed lowest rate can always be obtained if booked here at our website. Please go to our homepage, click the “book online tee time button” to save money.
- Tee times may be made over the phone but will not be offered the online rates.
- If a cancellation or modification is made to your tee time with less than 24 hours notice the credit card used to hold the time will be charged the full rate for the original booking number. A gift card will then be issued to the credit card holder for the amount of the missing players’ fees. This gift card will be valid for 5 years.
- If your group fails to show for your tee time, the credit card used to hold the time will be charged the full rate for the original booking number. A gift card will then be issued to the credit card holder for the amount of the missing players’ fees. This gift card will be valid for 5 years.
- Replay rates are available and must be booked through the pro shop.
- Twilight rates and times will change throughout the season.
- Lack of daylight may cause you to not finish 18 holes is starting at or beyond the twilight time. There is no refund policy or rain checks unless the Sycamore Ridge Golf Course professional staff deems the course unplayable.
